Problem Note 18018: Complex MDX query within a WITH expression might generate an access
violation
When evaluating the WITH expression list for a complex MDX query that
contains nested calculated members and/or named set expressions, the
nested sub-expressions do not apply their dependency information to the
outer query dependency data. This will affect the order in which the
expression is evaluated and might result in an access violation.
