Problem Note 18702: Global calculated members might cause crash in SAS OLAP Server with
Optimization of Non Empty Crossjoins
The Non Empty Crossjoin Optimization update might cause certain queries
to crash the SAS OLAP Server. Typically these queries will request a
global calculated member which generates a null value.
