Usage Note 18671: Translation tables created by PROC DBCSTAB do not appear when you
open catalog
When you create a translation table via PROC DBCSTAB, the table does not
appear when you try to open the calalog in which you created it.
However, you can verify its existence by submitting this code:
proc catalog catalog=<library location>.<catalog name>
contents;
run;
