Usage Note 18669: Key fields have null values when loaded by dataload
This issue pertains to the dataload feature of the administration
component of SAS® OpRisk Monitor 3.3.
When creating data in Excel for batch loading into SAS OpRisk Monitor
3.3, if you have an empty value in a cell for a key field, that empty
value was loaded as a null key field in the data for that Excel row
(record).
One way to know if this situation has occurred is to use the dimension
browser. When you browse to look at the dimension you just loaded, you
will get a null pointer exception.
This issue is resolved by applying SAS OpRisk Monitor 3.3 hotfix
33ORM01.
