Problem Note 18534: Importing tables in SAS Management Console stops working after applying
913SMC01 hot fix
SAS Management Console appears to hang or become unresponsive when
importing tables after installing hot fix 913SMC01. This problem
can occur in three different situations.
1.) Hot Fix 913SMC01 and BI Manager version 1.3 are installed.
Choose Help/About BI Manager in SAS Management Console to
determine the version.
The following error will be written to the
errorlog_SAS_Management_Console.txt file in C:\Documents and
Settings\username.
Error: Exception occurred during event dispatching:
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 0 >= 0
at java.util.Vector.elementAt(Unknown Source)
at com.sas.metadata.AssociationList.elementAt(Unknown Source)
To circumvent the problem, use the METALIB procedure to import tables.

2.) Hot Fix 913SMC01 and SAS Data Integration Studio are installed.
To correct the problem, run the utility, Update metadata for SAS Data
Integration Studio, from the tools menu in SAS Management Console.
3.) Hot Fix 913SMC01 and BI Manager version 1.4 are installed.
To correct the problem, Right Mouse Button on BI Manager 1.4
and choose Collect ungrouped library metadata.
