denied using Latin-2 based credentials
The following error may be encountered using Latin-2 based credentials.
ERROR: Error authenticating user polish in function LogonUser.
Error 1326 (Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. ).
20060828:17.06.37.21: 00000011:ERROR: Access denied.
The Metadata server, Workspace server, Stored Process server and any
other IOM servers require Latin-1 based credentials. To correct the
problem, use Latin-1 based credentials.
