Problem Note 18358: Quotes added during project migration cause Query syntax errors in SAS

In SAS Enterprise Guide 3.x, you can add a query filter value such as:
put(name,$8.)
However, migrating the project to SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1 will cause
syntax errors. The syntax errors are generated because double quotes are
automatically added around the filter value.
To work around the problem in SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1, edit the filter
in the Query Builder, and unselect 'Enclose values in quotes'.
