Problem Note 18301: RUNPROJECT gives unable to open output dataset for counterparty, unable to score all counterparties errors

If COUNTERPARTY objects are included in a SAS® Risk Dimensions® project, and if you run a RUNPROJECT breakup as parallel processes (using the ANALYSISPART or PORTFOLIOPART options), you might encounter errors similar to the following:

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
ERROR: Unable to open output dataset for counterparty. ERROR: Unable to score all counterparties.
The RUNPROJECT terminates prematurely and any output data that is produced is invalid since the counterparties are not scored properly.
There is no workaround for this problem.
To prevent the problem, the RUNPROJECT needs to be run as a single process.
