When attempting to add the URL to a URL display portlet in the
SAS Information Delivery Portal, the following error may occur:

   Unable to display 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx' because
   'sun.io.MalformedInputExpression'.

The above error will occur if the URL points to a complete HTML file
(with opening and closing HTML tags) and the "Show URL content inside
an I-Frame" check box is not checked when defining the URL.

If the URL points to a complete HTML file, then it must be displayed
in an I-frame.

To display the URL without an I-Frame, the URL must point to an
HTML fragment (an HTML file that does not include opening and
closing HTML tags, HEAD tags, or BODY tags and which can be displayed
successfully in the cell of an HTML table).
