Problem Note 18060: Printable version of the SAR incorrectly specifies the work phone number
for both work and home phone
In SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 1.4, the printable version of the SAR form
has an incorrect mapping of the work phone number (phone2) to both the
work and the home phone number fields.
