Problem Note 17916: Japanese characters might not appear correctly in Enhanced Editor
In the SAS 9.1.3 Enhance Editor, some Japanese characters might appear
incorrectly when viewed with the Enhanced Editor. The same problem does
not occur with the Program Editor window.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
