There is currently no way to designate a target user-defined GROUP when building a Library object in the new library wizard in either SAS® Management Console or SAS Data Integration Studio.
The Library will always be created in the "Ungrouped" Group folder in the custom tree. The library can then be dragged or moved to the desired Group folder from within SAS Data Integration Studio.
