Problem Note 17849: PROC METALIB fails to update an SPDS library table metadata with "Error: Invalid Option User."

Users attempting to update (add or synchronize) table metadata with PROC METALIB against a Scalable Performance Data Server (SPDS) library will receive the following error:
Error: Invalid Option Name User.
Data Integration Studio and its predecessor ETL Studio use PROC METALIB to update table metadata. Users are encouraged to use PROC METALIB to update and synchronize table metadata.
