In Strategic Performance Management (SPM) 2.2, the dashboards do not act consistently when using a range with overlapping intervals. For example:

   Range A:

   Interval 1: value >0, <=5: color = red
   Interval 2: value >=5, <=10: color = yellow
   Interval 3: value >=10, <=15: color = green

For the slider dashboard and the dial dashboard, if the value is 10, the indicator will reflect yellow, defaulting to the lower range interval. For the stoplight dashboard, if the value is 10, the indicator will reflect green, defaulting to the higher range interval.
