In SAS^® 9.1, if you use %INCLUDE to include a member of an uncataloged Partitioned Data Set (PDS), you will receive the following error in the SAS Log:

The %INCLUDE will also fail if the PDS is a temporary dataset.

To circumvent the problem you may catalog the data set.

If the dataset is temporary, you can use a permanent dataset and delete it the end of the process.
