Problem Note 17797: "ERROR: Physical file does not exist,
SYS06144.T115731.RA000.N389610T.INCL.H04" message from %INCLUDE
In SAS® 9.1, if you use %INCLUDE to include a member of an uncataloged
Partitioned Data Set (PDS), you will receive the following error in the
SAS Log:
ERROR: Physical file does not exist,
SYS06144.T115731.RA000.N389610T.INCL.H04.
ERROR: Cannot open %INCLUDE file MACROS.
The %INCLUDE will also fail if the PDS is a temporary dataset.
To circumvent the problem you may catalog the data set.
If the dataset is temporary, you can use a permanent dataset and
delete it the end of the process.
