Usage Note 17755: Support for SyncSort available on HP Itanium for UNIX

SAS 9.1.3 on HP Itanium for UNIX now supports SyncSort as a host sort
routine.


A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
