Problem Note 17733: Sitescope collector incorrectly calculates duration if timestamps are
out of order
The Sitescope collector reports incorrect durations when it
encounters Daylight Saving Time (DST).
It reports a negative duration when the time changes backwards
in the autumn and reports an excessive duration when the time
changes forward in the spring.
