Problem Note 17677: Potential error when generating match codes via the DQMatch procedure
Due to a coding issue, large match code generation jobs may fail when
using the DQMATCH procedure.
PROC DQMATCH saves a hash table of matchcode values in a utility file.
If the file grows beyond 2gb in size, the offsets generated by the
procedure's clustering engine acquire negative values. These values are
incorrect.
The core level utility file code catches the error and issues a
"negative offset" ERROR message.
