The Flow code does contain this information. The Score code and the Flow code should be identical unless a target variable is transformed. (If a target variable is transformed, the Score code should not contain the DATA step code for creating the dummy variables.)
If the Score code above is used to score observations, it will appear to work correctly. However, the results will be incorrect.
There are no obvious errors or warning messages to indicate a problem.
The only way to determine a problem has occurred is to examine the log generated during the scoring, and look for "uninitialized-variable" messages.
