Problem Note 17567: Connection to Sybase not released when using PROC DBLOAD with the
SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Sybase
When submitting a PROC DBLOAD statement with BULKCOPY=YES, SAS maintains
an active lock on the Sybase server even after the job is completed.
Subsequent submits of the same code causes an additional lock on the
database. Exiting SAS will kill the connections.
