Problem Note 17552: Filtering is case-sensitive
In SAS Spend Analysis, when a filter is specified, the returned records
must match in case, as well as value.
As a circumvention, select the same column multiple times using values
in different case. For example, Minority Details EQUALS 'blr' or
Minority Details EQUALS 'BLR' or Minority Details EQUALS 'Blr'
