Problem Note 17434: View names in ADMIN level will contain new nomenclature after applying
hot fix 21LM01
New and existing SAS® IT Service Level Management (ITSLM) sites will
notice improved naming conventions after hot fix 21LM01 is applied. Any
new contract databases will have views in ADMIN with these new naming
conventions, while the views in ADMIN for the (optional) ITSLM sample
contract database will not be updated and instead use the older naming
convention described in the product documentation.
One of these changes is an ETL behavior that will result in an
inconsistency between contracts created by users and the sample contract
database. This new behavior in ETL should not affect the creation of
the sample contract database and reports or SAS® Enterprise Guide® sample
projects, as long as ETL is not used to create these views.
For additional information on how to install the sample reports, refer
to the ITSLM installation instructions found in the SAS IT Management
Client Components disk.
