Problem Note 17354: SMTP email only uses the e-mail user ID (rather than the full e-mail address) for authentication
When you use SMTP email, Base SAS® software uses the e-mail user ID for its authentication, but
the full email address cannot be used.
Some ISP providers require the full email address in order for their email authentication to work.
