Problem Note 17279: Java exception when sending system status report from the Administration Portlet

When attempting to send a system status report from the Administration Portlet using SAS® Financial Management or SAS® Strategic Performance Management, an error may occur. The Portlet indicates the email was sent successfully, yet it is never received.

An exception may be found in the SASManagedServer log.
