Problem Note 17278: Balance account roll-ups may be double counted
In SAS® Financial Management, balance account roll-ups may be
double-counted depending on the members in the query string. If a
balance account roll-up happens before a CTA account is processed,
then the rollup value is correct. If a balance account roll-up
happens after a CTA account is processed, then the roll-up value is
double that of the correct value.
