Problem Note 17277: Balancing rules may treat foreign currency amounts as zero
In SAS® Financial Management, the balancing rule treats a
foreign currency amount as if it were zero when generating the amount
to balance two accounts. This occurs when the exchange rate type is
complex, as in historic.
