Usage Note 17242: Applying logical NOT in filters window creates invalid query
When creating a query in SAS® Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM), if you
define a filter that uses the NOT checkbox, the resulting query may be
invalid. This behavior has been seen on tables listed under a topic on
the Tables window.
