Usage Note 17173: SAS Enterprise Guide may crash when adding a parameter to a Stored
Process
The following message and subsequent crash may occur when adding or
modifying a Stored Process in SAS Enterprise Guide:
Failed to load resources from resource file
Please check your Setup
The problem will most likely occur when you attempt to add a new row
value for the 'Display as' field after you have entered a row that is
blank or has only a space. The problem can also occur if you attempt to
leave the Constraints tab window and the only value for the 'Display as'
field is blank or has only a space.
To circumvent the problem, enter a row value, other than a space, for
the 'Display as' field before going to another row and before leaving
the Constraints tab window.
