Problem Note 17169: SAS® Metadata Server performance affected when multiple dependent repositories are defined and a user has multiple group memberships

The SAS Metadata Server may be slow in responding to a login request from the SAS Information Delivery Portal or other SAS client. This problem has been encountered when the following was true.
- The Foundation repository contained multiple project or custom repositories.
- The user requesting a login was a member of multiple groups.
