Problem Note 17147: Output to RECFM=FB SASLIST file may contain carriage control

In SAS® 9.1.3 Service Pack 3, output to a SASLIST file allocated with RECFM=FB may contain carriage control when the CAPSOUT option is enabled. Only output to a RECFM=FBA SASLIST file should contain carriage control.
The circumvention to this problem is to specify the NOCAPSOUT option.
