Usage Note 17093: Strategic Performance Management may not display negative percentages as desired on non-United States Regional Settings

SAS® Strategic Performace Management 2.1 (SPM) may not display negative percentage values as would be expected for countries other than the United States of America. By default, negative values would be displayed as:
(19.45%)
The desired display would be:
-19,45%
