Problem Note 17031: Some labels may be missing from graphs when using the GIF device driver

Some label values may be missing from graphics output when all of the following options are specified on a GOPTIONS statement:

GOPTIONS DEVICE=GIF TRANSPARENCY FTEXT=FreeType/hardware_font;
