Usage Note 17009: Problem exporting Strategic Performance Management project with
non-ASCII language characters
When SAS® Strategic Performance Management 2.1 (SPM) is used in an
environment where the character set of the language is non-ASCII (such
as Thai or Chinese), export of a project may result in invalid values
in the resulting SQL file. Some data values may display as ???????
instead of the correct characters for the system's language setting.
