Problem Note 17969: ERROR: Invalid credentials on the LDAP bind when using encrypted
password on ldaps_open call
The following message may be displayed when opening a connection to an
LDAP server using the LDAPS_OPEN call routine:
ERROR: Invalid credentials on the LDAP bind
ERROR: Invalid handle specified.
This problem can occur when using an encrypted password for the ADBindPW
parameter. For example,

call ldaps_open( handle, &ADServer, &ADPort, &ADPerBaseDN,
&ADBindUser, &ADBindPW, rc, option );
To circumvent the problem, display the password in clear text and
protect the file at the Operating System level.
