Problem Note 17966: Sort order of packages published to a channel can not be changed within
the Information Delivery Portal
The sort order of packages published to a channel can not be changed
from within the Information Delivery Portal. Currently, the published
packages are sorted by oldest to newest and then sorted alphabetically.
The sort order also currently depends on how the packages were
published. If the packages were published using "Publish to Channel",
they will be displayed first even if they were created later than the
packages published using "Publish to WebDAV".
