When trying to install the SASStoredProcess and SASPreferences applications on Websphere 5.1.1.5, a user may encounter the following error message:

   Message: WKSP0008E RepositoryException while checking the state of
   cells
    /SAS9BI/applications/SASPreferences_war.ear/deployments/
    SASPreferences_war/SASPreferences.war/WEB-INF/web.xml
   in the master repository

   --com.ibm.ws.sm.workspace.WorkSpaceException: WKSP0016E Error
   get digest for
   E:\WASInstall\WebSphere\DeploymentManager\wstemp\96631\workspace\
   cells\SAS9BI\applications\SASPreferences_war.ear\deployments\
   SASPreferences_war\SASPreferences.war\WEB-INF\web.xml.orig

   --java.io.StreamCorruptedException: invalid stream header

A user may also see this error message when they try to do a save after changing a setting or uninstalling the applications within Websphere.

To correct this error, remove the web.xml.orig files from within the WAR files and then redeploy the WAR files into Websphere.
