Problem Note 17745: WHERE clause processing against an SQL view can cause Read Access or
Segmentation Violations
WHERE clause processing against a column in an SQL view, which has been
truncated with a LENGTH= column modifier, can cause Read Access or
Segmentation Violations when using the view outside of PROC SQL.
The error occurs when the truncated column is referenced on a WHERE
clause and the truncated column is used inside of a SAS function.
