Problem Note 17735: You must modify the UNIX System Services (USS) directory path if the default path is not valid for your installation of SAS® 9.1.3 SP3
The "Installing UNIX File System Components" section of the Configuration Guide for SAS® 9.1.3 Foundation for z/OS® reviews a UNIX System Services (USS) default directory structure, or path. This USS directory path is used in STEP 4 for job USSUNTAR. You must modify the UNIX System Services (USS) directory path if this default path is not valid for your installation of SAS® 9.1.3 SP3.
Beginning in SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 3, the job USSUNTAR submits the USUTR341 job. In turn, the USUTR341 job submits the USUTSPK4 job. Both of these jobs are located in 'prefix.CNTL' and use the default USS directory path. These two jobs need to be modified if the default path is not valid for your installation.
Note that these jobs are not documented in the Configuration Guide.
