Usage Note 17715: "Java.lang.IllegalStateException: Task Already scheduled or cancelled"
When attempting to invoke the Information Delivery Portal, the
following error may appear in the browser window:
This page can not be displayed.
HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error.
The browser window may also contain the following message:

Check Service Deployment Configuration:

2. DAV configuration
com.sas.services.information.AutoConnectException:
Connection to dav://xxxxx.xx.xxx.xxxm:8300//sasdav failed.
The above messages will occur if the Default ACT permissions
have been set such that the PUBLIC and SASUSERS groups have
been denied all permissions and the required SAS users have not
been specifically granted the appropriate permissions.
To correct the problem, grant the appropriate permissions to the
required SAS users in the Default ACT. Refer to the sections titled
"Protecting the Foundation Repository" and "Selectively Restore Access
for the Required Users" found in the "SAS® 9.1.3 Intelligence Platform
Security Administration Guide".

The above error will also occur if the login entry for sasguest
has been deleted from the User Manager in the SAS Management Console.
