Problem Note 17675: Special characters are not recognized as valid variable names
when used in formulas with CDA
In SAS Financial Management, when a formula is entered in a data-entry
cell, and that cell references another data-entry table, the formula is
not converted to CDA. As a result, if the cell being referenced becomes
hidden, the formula indicates it is in error, and is removed.
This is only a problem when the name of the second worksheet contains
one of the following special characters: +,-,*,/,%,^,=,>,<, or &.
The circumvention is to remove the special character from the name of
the worksheet.
