Problem Note 17647: PROC HAPLOTYPE may report incorrect haplotype pair probabilities in the OUT= DATA Set

In Genetics 2.2 for a data set with more than 108 possible haplotypes, individuals with any missing alleles may have incorrect probabilities for haplotype pairs reported in the OUT= data set of PROC HAPLOTYPE.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
