Problem Note 17429: Numeric fields are incorrectly represented in the SWA Report
Administrator if ',' is used as the radix
In regions that use a ',' instead of a '.' for the radix point in
floating-point values (for example, French-speaking Belgium), the
conversion from the SAS® numeric value to a string is incorrect.
For example, if the SAS data set contains '10.0', the mid-tier
converts it to '100'.
