Problem Note 17164: Host name resolution failed when starting the Object Spawner
The SAS Object Spawner may fail to start and the following message will
be displayed in the SAS Log or the objectspawn_console.log
ERROR: Host name resolution failed.
or
NOTE: Host name resolution failed.
This problem will occur when the Server name of 'localhost' has not been
defined in the TCP/IP definitions of the Domain Name Server (DNS).
To correct the problem, add a host name of 'localhost' with a TCP/IP
address of 127.0.0.1 to the TCP/IP definitions.
