Problem Note 17094: Small numbers may display in scientific notation on data entry forms
In SAS® Strategic Performance Management 2.1 (SPM), when entering values
less than 0.001 into data entry forms, they may display in scientific
notation. It is also possible that SPM may consider small numbers to be
invalid and not let you save your data or proceed to other data entry
items.
