Usage Note 17090: Elements with different time period definitions may cause selection
lists to be empty
In SAS® Strategic Performance Management 2.1 (SPM), you may have problems
assigning attributes to elements. When all attributes of a certain type
have the time period defined as "FLOAT" for all Start and End dates,
then there is no problem assigning those attributes. If all of the
attributes except one have Start and End dates defined as "FLOAT" and
the other attribute has any other value, then attempting to select an
attribute will display an empty list, even when the current selected
date is between the Start and End dates specified.
