Problem Note 17048: Custom status values not saved correctly in Marketing Automation
If you create custom status values within the brief configuration for a
campaign definition or within communication definitions they will not
function properly when selected within the diagram. You can attempt to
select the custom value in the drop down list within the campaign brief,
or communication status window, but once you close and reopen the
window, the first custom value is selected regardless of your custom
choice. All the standard values can be selected and properly saved.
The issue is only in choosing the custom values.
