Problem Note 17033: Timestamp on emails are 30+ minutes off from the time it was sent

Due to a known leap second problem, email timestamps may appear incorrect by a magnitude of up to 30 minutes. The time the email arrives in your INBOX is correct, but when the email is opened, the timestamp associated with the email may be incorrect.
