Problem Note 17011: The "Duplicate By Variable" error occurs in SAS® Marketing Optimization when you are optimizing a scenario

After creating project_input and a subsequent scenario, if you return and edit a numeric attribute in the communication table and then refresh, duplicate records for that attribute are created in the comm_numeric_attribute_values table. This produces the following error:
Duplicate By Variable when trying to optimize.
