Problem Note 17001: Unable to log into SAS® Marketing Optimization

You may experience a problem logging in to SAS Marketing Optimization if you have defined your MarketingOptimizationUser in SAS Management Console User Manager using a user group rather than an individual user.

Make sure any members of the MarketingOptimization user groups are assigned individually and not as a member of a group.
