Problem Note 16930: Scorecard HTML file code contains garbage characters (????) in variable group levels
SAS
® Enterprise Miner
TM creates a Scorecard HTML file that contains the points for each variable grouping level. If the language on the SAS Enterprise Miner Java Client does not match the language and encoding options that are on the SAS
® Metadata Server and Object Spawner, the HTML file will contain garbage characters, mainly question marks, for the level values.
For example, the scorecard node might return the following values:
LEVEL POINTS
Place_of_birth= ????????????????????????'???????>?. 16
Place_of_birth= ????????'???? 18
Place_of_birth= Missing 14
